Refund Policy
At Meili Designs, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality. We stand behind our product...100% If you are not happy-then we are not happy. Full money back refund (30 days) - If your item is defective, broken, different than what you ordered, or you're not happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. Meili Designs reserves the right to reimburse your credit card, issue a check or pay in cash. Most refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was collected. Meili Designs will not offer refunds on items that were clearly mistreated or broken by the customer. Money back refund does not apply to closeout or liquidation sales (50% off or more). For pearl care instructions, please see our FAQ page (click here) on the website. It is very important that you treat your pearls with extra special care to preserve their longevity. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Meili Designs. Customer will also be responsible for providing original receipt or copy of the original receipt. Upon receipt of the product, Meili Designs will issue the refund.
Full credit refund (90 days) - If at any time during the first year of owning your product from Meili Designs you are dissatisfied, we would be happy to offer you full credit for the amount paid at the time of transaction (less a 10% re-stocking charge if not for an identical replacement). This credit can be used for a replacement if you choose, or used on other Meili Designs products. Occasionally, exact replacements may not be available. Meili Designs reserves the right to only offer credit, rather than a replacement, if no replacement is available. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Meili Designs. Upon receipt of the product, Meili Designs will issue customer credit that will be good for six months, at which time it will expire. An equal or lesser amount will be approved, or the customer can pay the difference on a more expensive item. Meili Designs will only pay for the shipping cost to the customer if the product is clearly defective. Customer will need to provide original receipt or a copy of the original receipt. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Closeout or liquidation sale items are eligible for credit refunds only.
Price Match Policy - Due to the varied sales positions of Meili Designs, including sales associates, consignment shops and craft fairs, we do not offer a price match guarantee. Full money back refunds and/or credit refunds can not be used to re-purchase the exact same item at a lower price.
Bridal Collection & Custom Order Policy - Purchases from the Meili Designs Bridal Collection do not apply to the above refund policy. Should you receive your bridal jewelry and find that it is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for replacement. Sales for custom orders once received are final. The only exception to custom order return is if the item arrives defective.
The above refund policy is only for our Meili Designs jewelry only. Silk bags are not included in this refund policy. We still honor the 30 day warranty for silk bags. If you have problems after this warranty period, please contact us by email or phone.
